The Cake Rack Bakery is a small family owned business.  Our mission  is to provide our customers with high quality pastries, desserts and cakes all made from scratch to order.  Allowing our customers to have an outstanding ending to their meal, by using only the finest ingredients avaible. 

Try our best brownies (Belgian Brownies) every bite is moist and decadent.  This brownie is full of small pieces of Belgian chocolate.  A taste of pure heaven!

Who We Are

The Cake Rack Bakery was established in 1992.  The bakery was started in Cleveland, Ohio.  Later in 2005,  the bakery was moved to Dayton, Ohio.  The bakery is a small family owned business.  Jeannette  had her cake decorating training in England,  United States of America and Canada.  Her   cake decorating training styles include Australian, South African, American  and British.

Our bakery is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
