Cake decorating & pastry classes at the Findlay Market

Pre-registration required to reserve space in classes. Please call us to reserve your space (513-549-8623). All classes will be taught by the owner of the Cake Rack Bakery which has had extensive training and more than 20+ years in business. Class schedule for 2012.

We reserve the right to reschesdule a class due to inclement weather or insufficient enrollment. A credit or reund will be issue at that time.

Basic cake decorating class
Learn the basics of cake decorating. How to assamble and decorate a cake,pipe borders,roses, along with great butter cream recipes. 4 weeks/ limited seats 12. Demo & hands on.

Basic chocolate class (just in time for Valentine's day)
Learn to make chocolates with nuts and creams and how to temper chocolate. Also, how to use chocolate molds will be demostrated. Limited space 11 seats available only.
