Creme Brulee

Makes ten /8 oz. custards

1 cup sugar

4 cups milk

4 cups heavy cream

1 vanilla bean split open

Zest of 1 large orange ( avoid getting white skin of the orange)

12 egg yolks

1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract

Extra sugar for caramelization on custards.
