Our carrot cake is made with fresh carrots, golden raisins, walnuts, pineapple and spices.  We use canola oil the lowest in saturated fat.  Iced the cake with cream cheese frosting and garnished the cake with hand molded marzipan carrots.  Serves 12-14.  $35

This delicate lemon tart has a almond crust made like a crunchy cookie.  Filled with lemon curd and topped with a fluffy meringue.  Serves 16-20.  $25
